Los Objetivos Generales de este proyecto fueron:
FORTALECER LAS CAPACIDADES LOCALES PARA ANALIZAR LAS MULTIPLES CONDICIONES DE RIESGO PRESENTES EN EL TERRITORIO.
DISEÑAR, NEGOCIAR E IMPLEMENTAR PLANES Y PROYECTOS COMUNITARIOS CON BASE A LAS NECESIDADES LOCALES, APROPIARSE DE SUS PROCESOS DE DESARROLLO (...)
