El proceso de reciclaje
Se trata de un procedimientos que consiste en la separación inicial de los residuos, supone la recogida selectiva de los materiales para su valorización u organización y futura reutilización, este proceso recibe el nombre de reciclado y se lleva a cabo en distintas plantas de reciclaje. El Reciclaje en una mediada ecológica favorece la disminución de residuos y la reducción del consumo de los recursos naturales.
Los materiales “viejos u obsoletos” al ser procesados se convierten en nueva materia prima que va ser usada en una amplia variedad de productos industriales. Para transformar materiales inservibles a materiales servibles las organizaciones que trabajan con reciclaje utilizan maquinas capacitadas para ser de el material reciclado casi listo para rehusarse, y que también tengan la propiedad proteger el ambiente, pues algunos equipos utilizan un mínimo de sustancias para el lavado, con lo que se logra un doble beneficio realizar los materiales y de proteger el medio ambiente.
¿Cómo contribuir al reciclaje?
Para facilitar un buen proceso de reciclaje la sociedad debe intervenir en la clasificación de los residuos, el paso fundamental es separar los residuos en la fuente donde se producen, es decir, en las casas, en las oficinas, en las escuelas, en las fabricas o en las empresas y en cualquier otro lugar. El consumidor debe hacerse conciente de la necesidad de clasificar o separar los residuos y desperdicios. Asimismo, esta en la capacidad de elegir productos cuyos envases sean retórnales, fácilmente reciclables o amable con el medio ambiente.
Cuando Reciclamos estamos contribuyendo a proteger el medio ambiente; por lo que es imperativo hacer un llamado a la conciencia sobre la importancia que tiene la recuperación, la conservación de higiene, a la preservación de la salud y a la lucha por detener la contaminación ambiental. Reciclar es una forma distinta de concebir la vida y de percibir el entorno natural.
Al Reciclar se:
* Transforman en pasta el papel usado y a partir de esa pasta, se fabrica nuevo papel.
* Trituran los envases de vidrio usados, al fundirlos se pueden fabricar nuevos artículos de vidrio.
* Funden las latas de aluminio usadas, y se forman láminas de metal fundido y con ellas se pueden hacer nuevas latas y otros productos de aluminio.
* Desmenuzan y funden los envases de plástico para fabricar nuevos productos o envases de este mismo material.
